Platform disclaimer

Tuiyo Kormaet Agencies and Crescevo may provide listing visibility, publication support, digital infrastructure, and community connection. Unless expressly stated through a legally appointed arrangement, they are not acting as auctioneers, advocates, escrow agents, banks, or guarantors of any transaction. Buyers, sellers, investors, and bidders must conduct independent due diligence before making payments, commitments, or legal decisions.

Acceptable use

• Provide accurate information. Do not list property you do not own or are not authorised to sell.
• No fraudulent, misleading, or prohibited content.
• Auction notices may only be submitted by licensed auctioneers or otherwise legally authorised parties.
• Do not use the platform to demand payments or deposits before independent due diligence.

All submissions are reviewed before publishing. We may decline, suspend, or remove any content, and may report suspicious activity. Verification labels reflect checks performed at a point in time and are not a guarantee.
